- Shopify theme customised for saree catalogs — wide-format product imagery, zoom, and multi-angle galleries so buyers can inspect weave, border, and pallu before buying.
- Size and fabric filters that match how Indian saree buyers actually shop — not generic S/M/L filters.
- Razorpay + UPI-first checkout for the sub-₹5,000 order bracket where COD chokepoints hurt most.
- Shiprocket integration with partial-COD rules to reduce return-to-origin on low-AOV orders.
Outcome
The store went from planning to live with a clean, conversion-tested Shopify build. Today, lepakshigdk.com is live with the full Growww Tech build. The team surfaces this as Traditional — their textiles online.
